Battle Strategy Guides/Useful Thread Guidelines:

Please use [BSG] brackets in your title to indicate that your thread is a "Battle Strategy Guide"
Make sure your guide isn't overly specific or overly vague. "Dax's Guide to Beating Wiseman's latest surgical strike build" would be an example of a guide that is too specific: one opponent doesn't need its own strategy guide. Likewise, "Dax's Guide to all things Epic Duel" is too vague.
Images are acceptable in Guides, but please keep it reasonable. Small pictures are fine, but try not to have more then 4 or so to a thread. If you want to include screenshots or a large amount of pictures, please just provide links to the images instead of using the image tags to display them in the post. All of this will help the forums run more smoothly and keep your Guide from becoming cluttered.
Please use proper punctuation and spelling in your Guides. If possible, consider running your Guide through a spell-checker before you ask us to approve it. We all make occasional mistakes, but a Guide that is full of bad grammar and spelling is more distracting than useful.
Please avoid excessive use of overly large or colored text. It's OK if your topic headers or important text are in a different color or size for emphasis, but most of your Guide should be in normal-sized black text. No one wants to read an entire guide written in bold, italicized, oversized bright pink text.
Your Guide should be mostly original content. It's OK to link to someone else's thread or quote someone else (as long as you give them the appropriate credit!), but your guide shouldn't just be a collection of other people's ideas. You need to offer something new and original of your own.
