I think Wiseman's being reactionary. I think the ONLY way to grow this forum with people from the EpicDuel forum is to be non-confrontational - its not a fight or a rebellion, it's offering a replacement site for the one which is ending. Also, someone made a note that as many as seven(!) forums had been created.

Later today or tonight I'll post in general at the epicduel forum and raise the question of alternate forums - but I need time to word it carefully, I don't want to come off as being angry - because I'm not. The fact is that the AE forum is not a casual forum environment condusive to PvPers hanging out between fights.

But another way is to send Pm's on ED forums advertising, and Like some of you have said, post it in your Signature. Spread the word Guys!

Got the "officiall sactioned" thread and link to the forum now! If anyone didnt notice yet ED now has us listed in an off-topic sticky.
Also I noticed the phrase "at least six months" go by - which means we've probably got until the Christmas holidays (at least) to build the forum to the point where new players will hear about it.

Also, I'm going to change the way I post the Player's Handbook so that I don't have to copy and paste notes onto 3 forums, and that will give me a good spot to list "available forums".

One thing we must not do, is come off as negative against ED, AE, or the BattleOn forum - as soon as any flaming starts we'll be cut off. Describing this forum as a casual fan-forum for players to hang out and discuss the game should be enough - we don't need to compete, just identify this forum with the niche.
